I purchased 2 garden rocking chairs. The chairs are very sturdy but not unreasonably heavy so I can move them. They are comfy. The service at Logheads was very good. This was such an easy process ordering online from out of state with furniture you cannot see in person. Everything was perfect just like the pictures. Donna went above and beyond and helping with measurements and the delivery was really good and everything was thoroughly wrapped and placed on a pallet there was no damage to anything and the furniture is absolutely beautiful. We would definitely buy from them again.

Last Thanksgiving our family gathered from multiple states in a cabin in the Smoky Mountains. I fell in love with the log furniture there and was inspired to search for similar pieces for our log home. I was immediately impressed by LogHeads' fantastic website plus their 5-Star reviews across the board! Once I had requested the email catalog I was hooked. Stacey took me under her wing from day one and helped me every step of the way. By mid-January I had placed my order and it was ready for delivery by the 1st week of February. We are still in the process of other home improvements but I am so pleased with the excellent quality and beauty of my new log furniture. The drawers slide so smoothly with barely any effort. The beds are solid and will last for generations to come. I totally understand now why every review is 5-Stars! Stacey feels like my long time friend and I sincerely hope to get to visit the LogHeads Home Center so that I can hug her neck.

I received my table and chairs today and all are perfect and exactly what I expected. The set is well constructed, unique, and the wood is beautiful. It's also a perfect size for my dining area and the benches and chairs are very comfortable. I highly recommend this company and the work they do. The set also arrived in the time they said and they were a joy to work with! I could not be more pleased and will enjoy this furniture for many decades!

First, these people are so professional and friendly. They were very attentive to my wants, commutation was great through out the process. We love our new bedroom suit, pantry, custom made coffee station, end table, dining table/chairs and bar stools. They take pride in their work. From the front desk, to the employees in the back, all the way to the owner and his wife ….not a 5 but a 10+!!!

I was so happy with the bedroom furniture that I bought. It arrived much quicker than expected and was wrapped and packaged amazingly well to protect the beautiful furniture. No issues with assembling the bed with great instructions. My bed was a drop in mattress /frame and I had a question. 1 call to the company within an hour of delivery and it was figured out. Everyone was awesome, every step of the way. Beautiful ..doesn't come close to describing the craftsmanship of each piece. Thank you again !!! This swing is top of the line. It will last for years. It was not really difficult to put together. They also has outstanding customer service support and were quick to answer any questions about putting it together. Very friendly. Most other wooden swings are cheaply made but this one is not. It is beautiful and my wife is very selective about furniture and she is thrilled with it. It will last a lifetime.

Outstanding company. Made a king size bed, nightstands and media chest for us and the quality is top notch. Made in America, Lancaster, Kentucky to be exact was very important for us. It's people like this that I love to do business with. They called several times to make sure our order was as we intended and provided everything exactly as discussed. Even completed the media chest ordered after the bed and nightstands ahead of schedule in an effort to ship all pieces together saving on our shipping cost. We've seen the double settee (it looks like a log bench and has a table between the two seats, beautiful construction, very solid and comfortable) in a wooded area outside the office at our favorite Door County Wisconsin campground (Wagon Trail). For the last couple of years my husband has made it a point to sit on the bench and always comments how much he likes it. I asked in the office if they happened to know where it came from, and the park owner knew immediately and said that a lot of people ask — Logheads in Kentucky! As a surprise Birthday gift this year I started to look into the settee months early, and Donna contacted me and kept in touch (no pressure, she is really nice, and helpful). I finally decided, but it was less than 6 weeks before his Birthday, which is faster than normal turnaround to create and ship, I think. Donna asked what date I was hoping for and the team was able to finish and get it delivered almost exactly on his special day! The settee is wonderful in our yard, and he was definitely surprised and happy when the freight truck arrived! If you end up shipping to your home, Logheads made an extremely well-crafted shipping container for the settee. It came on a pallet with a custom-sized box secured on top, all made of heavy wood, with the bench securely wrapped inside, padded with cardboard, and even tied in — it was perfectly safe in transit and a two-person job to unpack. Thanks so much, you guys are the best.
