Free Shipping to your closest terminal when you purchase a minimum of $1249. Simply call us here at LogHeads to discuss your options.
FREE SHIPPING: Only applies to OUR Rustic Log Furniture. It DOES NOT APPLY to any replacement parts you may need and DOES NOT APPLY to Custom Orders, Railing, Siding or any other Building Supplies. NO OTHER DISCOUNTS CAN BE APPLIED when utilizing free shipping.
Should you be responsible for your shipping costs, we will give you an estimate of those costs. Due to the fluctuating costs of fuel, the actual shipping costs will be determined the day your shipment leaves our manufacturing facility and the costs will be collected at that time. (See residential delivery below)
KY Showroom & Manufacturing Facility:
If you are in the KY area why not come by and pick up your furniture. We would welcome the opportunity to meet you and show you around our Manufacturing plant.
TN Showroom:
If you are in the TN area come by to check out our Showroom and pick up your furniture.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY:
Residential delivery with liftgate is available for an additional charge. This delivery is a curbside delivery to your driveway only. This does not include in-home delivery. Should you choose this option, someone will need to be on site to receive your furniture. Please note that this service is done via LTL/Semi Truck. Therefore, this option is not available to remote areas (i.e. mountains, dirt gravel roads etc.) in which a Semi would not be able to access. If your location is considered limited access a $50 charge will be added.
PLACE OF BUSINESS:
If you have a place of business that is in town, has regular business hours and has a loading dock, we will be happy to deliver there.
VERY IMPORTANT: BEFORE the truck leaves your location, thoroughly inspect your entire shipment for any signs of damage and BEFORE signing the delivery release form. If damage is not noted on Bill of Lading at time of delivery and there IS damage, there is NOTHING we can do to help recover damage costs. Once you sign, you agree that you have inspected the furniture and it is free of damage.
If damage is seen, we ask that you contact us right away BEFORE the driver leaves. This will allow all parties to ensure that the appropriate procedures are followed and that the shipping company covers the damage costs. It would also be very beneficial if you would TAKE SEVERAL PHOTOS of the damaged goods with the driver present.
Prices: We are Human and this is a new website. If there is an unintentional pricing mistake such as a typographical error, miscommunication and or any other glitches such as an item priced wrong, we reserve the right to not honor price.

We are a family-owned and operated log furniture manufacturer who have been perfecting the process of building log furniture for over 25 years right here in Central Kentucky.
Our process begins with our craftsman hand-selecting each individual log, which are carefully selected for their strength, beauty, and durability. Once the logs are selected, our craftsman then use their skills and expertise to cut, drill, sand, build and finish each piece of furniture by hand. We take the time to ensure that each piece is made to the highest standards and quality.
Our showroom is open to the public, so you can come see our products for yourself. You also have the unique opportunity to peer out on the production floor and watch our craftsman hard at work building custom log furniture. We truly are the manufacturer from start to finish, and take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our products.

No supply chain here...because we have no supply chain, really!
The logs and lumber are harvested in the USA, our craftsman are local, our workshop is local and we even have a local machinist who makes some of our equipment. So while your car, washing machine, kitchen cabinets, and birthday gifts are stuck on a cargo ship somewhere out on the ocean, we are hard at work making beautiful furniture for your home. Even the delivery company who brings your furniture is based here in the USA.
Northern White Cedar or Hickory
Northern White Cedar is a great choice for durable, long-lasting, and sustainable furniture naturally resistant to insects, rot, and decay. Northern White Cedar requires very little maintenance. You can simply dust it with a soft cloth and wipe it down with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. However, it is important to note that cedar wood does have some natural characteristics that may occur during climate change. One of these characteristics is called "checking." Checking is a natural process that occurs when moisture leaves the wood and it dries. This can cause the wood to crack or split. Log Checking is not a defect and does not affect the structural integrity of the furniture.
Hickory is a perfect aesthetic option because the bark is left on the log. This allows the unique grain texture of the hickory to pop, displaying beautiful darker undertones that perfectly accent our cedar furniture. While the bark is left on the log, we lightly sand it to remove any splinters or rough edges. The bark of the hickory tree is a natural feature that adds character and beauty to the furniture. It also helps to protect the wood from moisture and decay. The lightly sanded bark gives the furniture a smooth, polished finish that is both elegant and rustic.

We were treated so nicely there at your place of business in the pigeon forge area. We made a few purchases, and put a 5 foot garden bench in the back of our car (it barely fit!). We’re coming back to Tennessee this month (from New Jersey) to visit family, and we are planning to cram a 5 foot porch swing in the back now that I know we can fit it. We’re very satisfied, and hope you’ll forgive me for not being the best at applying the combo stain and polly mix/sealant. Recon I need to clean them as well.
