The entire staff is awesome. We had 2 projects and Tommy and Gwen stayed in contact and kept us updated and sent pictures as they were building our entertainment center and railing. They answered all of our questions quickly and very patient with our questions and changes. We will definitely go back when we are ready for more firniture.

Log Heads staff were easy to work with and generally kept me up-to-date. However, completion and delivery of my desk and chair seemed to take a little longer than expected. The desk was fine and to my specifications, but the chair, although creative, was very heavy and was not that compatible with the desk. Also, Log Heads was a little pricey when compared to another small custom desk and chair which I purchased from another manufacture with "free" shipping, at 60% less cost, and, sorry Log Heads, the other manufacturer was by far my favorite desk and chair combo between my two purchases.
