I ordered a slab coffee table. I saw examples of the raw wood and decided on one. I went to pick up the table in Pigeon Forge and was very satisfied at the quality and looks of the table. I was impressed at how sturdy it was. It was also not as heavy as I originally thought. It was well wrapped for the ride home. When I got it home I unwrapped it and was thrilled. It was very beautifully done. The color and blending and all. I will definitely order more from them. If you desire furniture that will last a lifetime then there is no other place that equals LogHeads. The people work with you as much as needed to make you happy. As a small business owner I know the importance of customer service. I often tell people the measure of a good company isn't just selling a good product,anyone can do that. Its how they handle a customer concern that is the real measure of a company.
I am building a log cabin and found logheads railings online. Their photos were gorgeous. The problem I had was that when the railings arrived I was sent two different mounting styles. Tenon and flush cut. I first thought it was a simple mistake, however I was told this is how they do it. I told them I was not happy but would install them to see how they look. In my opinion they
looked horrible. (See photos). To say that I was an unhappy customer is an under statement.
I spoke to Donna one more time, sent her photos and she promised to talk to the owner. The owner quickly called me back and assured me they want happy customers and will be sending me new tenon cut railings to replace the flush cut.
That is great customer service!

We were treated so nicely there at your place of business in the pigeon forge area. We made a few purchases, and put a 5 foot garden bench in the back of our car (it barely fit!). We’re coming back to Tennessee this month (from New Jersey) to visit family, and we are planning to cram a 5 foot porch swing in the back now that I know we can fit it.

Log Heads staff were easy to work with and generally kept me up-to-date. However, completion and delivery of my desk and chair seemed to take a little longer than expected. The desk was fine and to my specifications, but the chair, although creative, was very heavy and was not that compatible with the desk. Also, Log Heads was a little pricey when compared to another small custom desk and chair which I purchased from another manufacture with “free” shipping, at 60% less cost, and, sorry Log Heads, the other manufacturer was by far my favorite desk and chair combo between my two purchases.

This swing is top of the line. It will last for years. It was not really difficult to put together. They also has outstanding customer service support and were quick to answer any questions about putting it together. Very friendly. Most other wooden swings are cheaply made but this one is not. It is beautiful and my wife is very selective about furniture and she is thrilled with it. It will last a lifetime.

Outstanding company. Made a king size bed, nightstands and media chest for us and the quality is top notch. Made in America, Lancaster, Kentucky to be exact was very important for us. It’s people like this that I love to do business with. They called several times to make sure our order was as we intended and provided everything exactly as discussed. We’ve seen the double settee (it looks like a log bench and has a table between the two seats, beautiful construction, very solid and comfortable) in a wooded area outside the office at our favorite Door County Wisconsin campground (Wagon Trail). For the last couple of years my husband has made it a point to sit on the bench and always comments how much he likes it. I asked in the office if they happened to know where it came from, and the park owner knew immediately and said that a lot of people ask — Logheads in Kentucky!
As a surprise Birthday gift this year I started to look into the settee months early, and Donna contacted me and kept in touch (no pressure, she is really nice, and helpful). I finally decided, but it was less than 6 weeks before his Birthday, which is faster than normal turnaround to create and ship, I think. Donna asked what date I was hoping for and the team was able to finish and get it delivered almost exactly on his special day! The settee is wonderful in our yard, and he was definitely surprised and happy when the freight truck arrived!
If you end up shipping to your home, Logheads made an extremely well-crafted shipping container for the settee. It came on a pallet with a custom-sized box secured on top, all made of heavy wood, with the bench securely wrapped inside, padded with cardboard, and even tied in — it was perfectly safe in transit and a two-person job to unpack. Thanks so much, you guys are the best.
