LOGHEADS OFFERS VARIOUS SHIPPING OPTIONS!

Free Shipping to your closest terminal when you purchase a minimum of $1249.  Simply call us here at LogHeads to discuss your options.

FREE SHIPPING:  Only applies to OUR Rustic Log Furniture.   It DOES NOT APPLY to any replacement parts you may need and DOES NOT APPLY to Custom Orders, Railing, Siding or any other Building Supplies. NO OTHER DISCOUNTS CAN BE APPLIED when utilizing free shipping. 

Should you be responsible for your shipping costs, we will give you an estimate of those costs.  Due to the fluctuating costs of fuel, the actual shipping costs will be determined the day your shipment leaves our manufacturing facility and the costs will be collected at that time.  (See residential delivery below) 

KY Showroom & Manufacturing Facility:

If you are in the KY area why not come by and pick up your furniture.  We would welcome the opportunity to meet you and show you around our Manufacturing plant.

TN Showroom:

If you are in the TN area come by to check out our Showroom and pick up your furniture. 

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY:

Residential delivery with liftgate is available for an additional charge.  This delivery is a curbside delivery to your driveway only.  This does not include in-home delivery.   Should you choose this option, someone will need to be on site to receive your furniture.   Please note that this service is done via LTL/Semi Truck.  Therefore, this option is not available to remote areas (i.e. mountains, dirt gravel roads etc.) in which a Semi would not be able to access. If your location is considered limited access a $50 charge will be added.

PLACE OF BUSINESS:

If you have a place of business that is in town, has regular business hours and has a loading dock, we will be happy to deliver there.

VERY IMPORTANT:   BEFORE the truck leaves your location, thoroughly inspect your entire shipment for any signs of damage and BEFORE signing the delivery release form.  If damage is not noted on Bill of Lading at time of delivery and there IS damage, there is NOTHING we can do to help recover damage costs.   Once you sign, you agree that you have inspected the furniture and it is free of damage.

If damage is seen, we ask that you contact us right away BEFORE the driver leaves.  This will allow all parties to ensure that the appropriate procedures are followed and that the shipping company covers the damage costs.  It would also be very beneficial if you would TAKE SEVERAL PHOTOS of the damaged goods with the driver present.

Prices:   We are Human and this is a new website.  If there is an unintentional pricing mistake such as a typographical error, miscommunication  and or any other glitches such as an item priced wrong, we reserve the right to not honor price.
