Outdoor Furniture Care

While cedar outdoor furniture can be finished with an outdoor sealer, keep in mind, cedar naturally resists rot and decay, so finishing is optional. Unfinished cedar will weather to a beautiful silvery-gray that many people love! Here are some tips for preserving your outdoor furniture season after season.

✅ DO: Remove debris by hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild soap.

❌ DON’T: Powerwash or heavily scrub outdoor wood furniture! It could damage the wood. However, a light power spray once a year can help bring furniture back to its original look.
